The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa, West Bay

Overall, my stay at the Westin Grand Cayman was enjoyable with its stunning beach and spacious pool area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but I encountered some issues with the air conditioning and service that dampened the experience a bit. The dining options were decent but could use some improvement in variety, especially for breakfast.

Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. While the beach was amazing and the room was quiet with direct access to it, the initial service at check-in left much to be desired. Dining at the resort was quite pricey, but the food was enjoyable, especially for a special occasion. I also appreciated the generous bonus points and wine offered as a goodwill gesture after my concerns were addressed.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, especially thanks to the beautiful beachfront location. The staff were helpful and attentive, although there were some service inconsistencies at times. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a pleasant place to relax. Dining options could use some improvement as breakfast was somewhat underwhelming, and there were some hidden fees that detracted from the overall value.

I was pleasantly surprised by this resort, as I usually don't favor larger beach hotels, but my stay was fantastic. The beautiful location on Seven Mile Beach, combined with the attentiveness of the staff, made for a memorable experience. The rooms were great for my family, but the water pressure in the shower was disappointing. Overall, I would go back for the excellent breakfast and the stunning beach, although I wish there were better value in the resort fee.

Our stay at the Westin Grand Cayman was almost perfect. The location near the beach and the beautiful grounds made for a delightful vacation. While the staff provided excellent service, the ongoing renovations were quite distracting. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to return, just hopefully without construction noise next time.
